aside How to Survive “Blue” Monday Morning

I know that you aren’t ready to say goodbye to the weekend (me neither) but WE have to…!!! PLUS tomorrow is it Blue Monday.

Blue Monday is a name given to a day (third Monday of the Month) reported to be the most depressing day of the year.

Here are a few tips to survive the hardest day of the whole week — Monday — and Blue Monday..

First of all, make a Monday Morning playlist with your favorite songs (leave the slow jams for another occasion)
Monday Morning Mood

  • Don’t hit snooze too many times, one time is more than enoughFLT
  • Give yourself a quick facial mask, add this before brushing your teeth there is plenty time to let it dry
  • Make yourself green tea, you can drink your tea after the shower
    • Take a cold shower….(try before you die on a Monday Morning)
    •  Drink your tea ;-) to warm up!
    • Give yourself a quick scalp massage to stimulate blood flow.FLT

    • Grab a banana on your way out the doorFLT
    • Take a walk to the train-station or your car
    • Listen to your fabulous playlist in the train or car
    • Bring a book to the office for when you need to chill break
    • Say Good morning to all your colleagues
    • Drink tons of water


  • Tell yourself “I CAN DO THIS”…over and over again…
  • Plan something fun to do after work.
