If you bought new shoes please throw those old ones with a hole away or donate it.
3) SCHEDULE A WEEKLY “HEALTH” APPOINTMENT
It’s could be a doctor or dentist appointment. Or book a massage to fight stress and boost immunity.
Try a new yoga class (my favorite) to improve posture and muscle strength.
4) TAKE A 1 HOUR DIGITAL DETOX
Say bye Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat and all the other social networks.
Switch your phone to flight modes, take your watch off. Shutting down your devices can boost creativity and problem solving……RELAX!!!
5) EMBRACE YOUR CRAVINGS
Have a nice snack, like yoghurt. No junkfood!
6) PLAN YOUR WEEKLY DINNER MENU
Planning meals will save you time and money
7) PLAN 1 (or more) FRIEND DATE EACH WEEK
Friendships are the most important relationships.
