The celebrity trainer lets you in on the star’s shape-up strategies and designs an at-home plan to take you closer to Padukone’s enviable figure — minus the fancy equipment. “Deepika has the perfect Pilates body. Even if she hasn’t exercised for a month, after a few sessions her body looks like she never stopped working out,” says Karachiwala.
To get Padukone’s sculpted shoulders and slender arms, follow her simple plan that uses different exercise balls.
Hold a kettlebell with both hands, do a squat and as you come up swing the kettlebell from between the legs to a front-raise position.
Start with kettlebell in the rack position (holding the kettlebell close to shoulder) and lift it straight overhead like a shoulder press.

Do dumbbell rows while standing on the dome of the Bosu ball with your body bent at a 45-degree angle.
Bosu wide pushups
Turn the Bosu upside down with the dome on the bottom and the platform on the top. Perform pushups holding the sides of the Bosu in this position.
